:Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a leading provider of data center infrastructure services based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer with exceptional communication skills to engage potential customers, promote the companys products or services, and secure sales or appointments.- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting the companys products or services.- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information to persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and responses.- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups.- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.- Regularly update and manage the customer database.- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.- Continuously expand knowledge of the companys offerings to provide accurate and valuable information.Requirements- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer information.- Good organizational and time management skills.- High level of patience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus.- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systemsBenefitsCompetitive salary package plus benefits.If you're passionate about sales and looking for an opportunity to excel in a dynamic and supportive environment, wed love to hear from you!
