Dexterous DMCC is a global leader in the telecom and commodities sectors. We are looking for a skilled Telecoms Billing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our telecom billing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the telecom billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for customers
• Manage billing systems and troubleshoot issues related to billing discrepancies
• Work closely with the finance and customer service teams to resolve billing queries
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with telecom billing regulations and company policies
• Manage relationships with telecom providers and negotiate billing agreements
• Provide regular reports on billing performance and key metrics to senior management

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Billing Manager in the telecom industry
• Strong understanding of telecom billing systems and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and lead a billing team effectively
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in relevant billing and financial software systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
