Please note this position is based in the Middle East- Saudi Arabia :We are seeking experienced Telecommunications Engineers to design, implement, and maintain telecom networks, ensuring reliable and secure communications across critical industries. The ideal candidates will have expertise in network design, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on compliance, cybersecurity, and project management.Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain telecom systems, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and VoIP technologies.
Manage telecommunications projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and optimize network performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, security threats, and efficiency gaps.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., FCC, ITU, IEEE).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with existing IT and industrial systems.
Provide technical support, training, and documentation for telecom infrastructure and solutions.
Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies, cybersecurity practices, and network protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in telecommunications engineering.
Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
Strong knowledge of telecom technologies, including VoIP, SIP, MPLS, and wireless communication.
Proficiency in network design, optimization, and security best practices.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in oil & gas, utilities, or telecom service providers.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for telecommunications systems.
Advanced degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
