Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Telecommunications & Unified Communications (UC) Specialist to manage, support, and enhance our organization's voice, video, and messaging systems. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance communication infrastructure, including VoIP, conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain telecommunication and UC systems (e.g., VoIP, video conferencing, messaging platforms).
Monitor system performance and perform regular upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Work closely with network and security teams to ensure secure and efficient communication channels.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for telephony services and equipment.
Maintain documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and support procedures.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on UC tools and features.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in managing enterprise telephony systems and UC platforms..
Familiarity with cloud-based communication services and on-premise solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience 2-3 years
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
