Telecom Network Analytics Engineer Oversee and manage the evaluation, analysis, and enforcement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across telecommunication service providers. This role plays a critical function in ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and industry-standard adherence within the telecommunications sector.
  • Analyzing Telecom network quality of services and quality of user experience.
  • Developing models to calculate telecom network KPIs failures or congestion based on historical data. Studying traffic patterns and network KPIs to extract new use cases.
  • Creating algorithms and tools to extract information from telecom network KPIs and work on improving the data extraction methodology.
  • Create reports, presentation and studies about telecom network KPIs based on analytics insights.
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience
  • Requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and English languages.

  • Knowledge of Arabic and English languages.
  • 8+ years of experience in telecom networks, compliance management, and telecom standards. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik) and databases.
