Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and schedule property viewings. If you have a background in real estate sales and a talent for building client relationships over the phone, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate listings.

- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about properties.

- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients for feedback.

- Maintain an updated database of leads and clients.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and generate revenue.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling experience in the real estate industry.

- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and regulations.

- Attitude: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
