As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting property owners on a daily basis to generate potential leads and expand our property portfolio. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Contact property owners via phone calls and sending messages on a daily basis to generate potential leads for short term rental listings. Build and maintain relationships with property owners to encourage repeat business and referrals. Educate property owners on the benefits of listing their homes with our platform, highlighting our competitive advantages and value proposition. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting new property listings Provide exceptional customer service to property owners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments related to short term rental homes and holiday accommodations. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate, property management, or short term rental/home vacation industry. Strong knowledge of short term rental homes and holiday accommodations market. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with property owners. Highly motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and customer acquisition. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
