Position Overview:

Golden Asia looking for enthusiastic, experienced and results-driven Lady Telesales to join our dynamic sales team.

(Hindi and English Speaker Required).

Benefits:

Competitive base salary AED3,000,00-AED4,500,00 per month + Incentive(Daily, weekly and monthly incentive and bonuses)

Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance. Introduce company immigration services and explain their features and benefits Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of closing sales and exceeding targets. Self-motivated and results oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. Utilize sales techniques such as active listening, objection handling, and closing to convert leads into sales. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases to generate interest in the company's products or services.
