Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Tele caller

who is fluent in English to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and schedule property viewings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build relationships with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors to generate leads and set appointments. Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide information about available properties, pricing, and market trends. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details of conversations and follow-ups. Explain property features, benefits, and financing options to potential clients. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture potential clients. Stay updated on the

real estate market, property trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience as a tele caller. Experience in

real estate industry

is a plus.

Languages:

Fluency in

English / Arabic / Hindi / Urdu / Russian / Chinese / French

(or any other relevant languages).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking skills, and active listening.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with

CRM software

to manage leads and follow-ups.

Multitasking:

Capable of handling multiple calls, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in

real estate telemarketing, property sales, or customer service

. Knowledge of Dubai's

real estate market, regulations, and property trends

(if applicable).
