1. Lead Generation: Generating leads and qualifying prospects by understanding their financial needs and investment goals.

1. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.

2. Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Market Research: Staying updated on market trends, financial news, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.

4. Documentation: Ensuring all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in our CRM system.

5. Achieving Targets: Meeting weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

6. Compliance: Adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies while conducting business activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the finance or share market domain.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Knowledge of financial products and services related to the share market is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Educational Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
