In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in generating leads and promoting our property listings by reaching out to potential clients. You will leverage your knowledge of the UAE real estate market to connect with interested buyers, renters, and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect Generation:
• Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients based on market research and property details.
• Build rapport and effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our properties.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and preferences to identify suitable properties from our portfolio.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings with interested clients and our sales team.
• Market Awareness and Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and competitor activity within the UAE real estate market.
• Accurately represent the features and benefits of our properties, highlighting their unique selling points.
• Answer client questions about the properties, local area, and real estate processes in the UAE.
• Communication and Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through clear and professional communication.
• Utilize strong listening skills to understand client needs and concerns effectively.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads promptly and efficiently to nurture interest and convert them into prospective buyers or renters.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Accurately record call details and client information in our CRM system.
• Prepare reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
• Contribute to the team's overall success by maintaining organized records and providing valuable data insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling (experience in UAE real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including current trends and property types.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Arabic language skills a valuable asset.
• A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data entry skills (a plus).
