We are currently seeking "Tele Sales Executive" who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and setting up appointments.
We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our immigration services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Client Interaction:
• Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide detailed information about immigration processes.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
• Appointment Setting:
• Schedule appointments for clients to meet with immigration consultants.
• Confirm and remind clients of their appointment dates and times.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Update client information and status regularly.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by generating leads and setting appointments.
• Provide feedback on call scripts and client responses to improve sales strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Follow up with clients after consultations to ensure their satisfaction and address any further questions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary based on experience.
