We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller with prior experience in telecalling to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for interacting with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients. Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and concise manner. Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions or services. Maintain customer records and update the database with accurate information. Follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. Keep track of customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role. Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills (knowledge of MS Office). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Preferably female candidates with fluency in Hindi language.
