Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, understanding their real estate needs, and presenting them with suitable property options. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our real estate services and available properties. Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate property listings. Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients with our sales team. Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure a high conversion rate. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions in our CRM system. Provide clients with detailed information about properties, pricing, and market trends. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by the sales department. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred, preferably in real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate markets and trends is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Fluent in English, Arabic; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
