We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and aggressive

Telecaller

with at least 6 months of experience in the

Dubai Real Estate industry

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be sharp, smart, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage clients and promote our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, and investors within the real estate sector. Provide detailed information regarding available properties, price ranges, and special offers. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that fit their requirements. Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and following up with leads. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into meetings or site visits Handle client objections confidently and overcome challenges in the sales process. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and follow-ups. Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitor activities in Dubai's real estate market.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience

in telecalling or sales, specifically in the

Dubai Real Estate

industry.

MBA

or a relevant business qualification preferred.

Strong communication skills

, both verbal and written, with a sharp ability to engage clients and build rapport quickly. Aggressive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Confident, energetic, and self-motivated

with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate sales.
