Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential and existing customers to promote products/services or resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound and Inbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Customer Engagement:
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Lead Generation:
• Generate leads by identifying potential customers.
• Update the customer database with relevant information.
• Sales and Promotion:
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Persuade customers to purchase products or services.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
• Documentation:
• Maintain call logs and update CRM software regularly.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales, and other activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or in sales is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in [insert languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
