Dr. Jaison's Body Perfect Holistic Center is seeking a professional and dedicated Telecaller (Female) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must possess clear, articulate spoken English and exceptional communication skills to handle client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Aesthetic Clinic is preferred
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and products offered by the center.
• Address client inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Female candidate available to start immediately.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear, articulate spoken English .
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle queries professionally.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
