Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Tele Caller to join our team as a Meeting Scheduler. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our financial advisors. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a genuine interest in financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided leads or databases to make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce our mutual fund and investment services, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with our financial advisors.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and scheduled meetings in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve appointment conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments scheduled.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly mutual funds and investments, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum High school diploma required; additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
