Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team at Keyspace Real Estate, one of the leading real estate brokers in the Northern Emirates. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively reach out to potential clients via telephone, engage them in meaningful conversations, and successfully schedule meetings with our experienced real estate agents.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database and lead generation strategies.
2. Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
3. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and the benefits of our real estate services
Schedule appointments between clients and our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to face-to-face meetings.
4. Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.
4. High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willing to relocate.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
