: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a female who is fluent in both Arabic and English and has a proven track record in customer service, particularly within the real estate industry. The role involves making cold calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients in the real estate market.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both Arabic and English.
- Provide comprehensive information about our real estate services to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Female candidate.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a preference for candidates with a background in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
