DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Tele-Caller in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Make outbound calls to interested clients to present the available property
- Diligently handle customers\' inquiries via telephone and or SMS
- Manage and resolve clients\' complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues that need to be handled at a different level and do the necessary follow up of customer concerns
- Provide clients with product and service information
- Respond to questions and queries
- Accurately document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service while attending to the tasks
- Bachelor\'s Degree in a business related discipline
- Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent telephone etiquettes
- Only Indian or Pakistani candidates should apply
