We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers for promoting banking products. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers via phone calls to promote our range of banking products and services, including mortgage services, savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment opportunities. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, educate customers about our offerings, and drive sales conversions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce banking products and services.
- Provide information about product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer databases.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
- Must be under a sponsored visa (husband visa or family visa)
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
