DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Tele-Caller in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Contact potential customers directly by phone to present the available real estate property
Explain and answer questions about the property and company to potential clients
Actively ask questions to better understand customer requirements
Record customer personal information and details
Resolve customer queries through responding to their requests at the first instance using all the company\'s systems available
Make sure all the details pertaining to customer complaint is obtained from the customers
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must be a graduate with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar position
Good computer literacy skills
Must be a team player with exceptional communication skills
Candidates who are currently in the UAE should apply
