We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller specialist to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. \xc2\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information \xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database \xc2\xb7 Communicate with clients to understand their requirements \xc2\xb7 Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation \xc2\xb7 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed \xc2\xb7 Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts \xc2\xb7 Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Willing to join immediately \xc2\xb7 Preferably with Real Estate background \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect \xc2\xb7 Excellent English and Arabic communication skills \xc2\xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Skills: Relationship building Client handling Strong interpersonal communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
