Job Title: Tele Sales Team Leader

Location: Fujairah

Salary: AED 3,500 + Accommodation + Visa Subsidy (AED 250)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Team Leader to manage and lead our growing telesales team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team efficiency and drive revenue.

Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Analyze sales metrics and team performance to identify areas of improvement.

Ensure the team provides high-quality customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and results to senior management.

Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align on promotions and customer feedback.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele Sales Leader or in a similar leadership role within a telesales environment.

Strong understanding of telesales processes, strategies, and techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Fluent in English (additional languages will be a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
