Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive (Female) in Dubai. The Tele-Caller Executives will be responsible for attending outbound calls through ZIWO software calling system, interacting with potential clients, understanding client needs and persuade effectively. Qualifying leads, and pass on those leads to the relevant sales department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller Executive representative or other sales/customer service role
• Experience of any Real Estate Industry would be preferred
• Immediate Joining. (Based in UAE)
• Candidate must be Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an added advantage but not necessary
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPI's and deadlines.
• Ability to understand client needs and persuade effectively.
• Bachelor's degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
