Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in industries that require Environmental Studies and Waste Management & Recycling services.
• Service Promotion: Introduce Mersat Environmental Services' offerings, explaining how our solutions can help businesses reduce waste, improve recycling efforts, and achieve sustainability goals.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their specific environmental needs and recommend appropriate services to help them meet their objectives.
• Sales Conversion & Meeting Targets: Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and compliance.
• Collaboration with Contracts Department: Partner with the Contracts team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions, ensuring maximum visibility for our services.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Client Support & Relationship Management: Provide outstanding sale support, address client concerns, and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Market Feedback & Reporting: Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to help refine our service offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• All Female candidates having relevant Experience in Tele sales can apply.
• Spouse / Dependent Visa / Self Sponsored Visa candidates are Preferred.
• Experience in tele sales, and telemarketing, preferably in the environmental, waste management, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain services and benefits to potential clients.
• Familiarity with Environmental Studies, Waste Management, and Recycling Services is highly desirable.
• Experience with Office systems for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the company's success.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor's degree in environmental science, Business, or a related field preferred).
