Tele Sales Representative (female )
Job Description
We are urgently seeking experienced and motivated Female Telesales Executives to join our real estate team in Dubai. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate properties and services.
• Qualify leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Provide detailed property information, answer inquiries, and arrange meetings for prospective clients with our sales team.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months of tele sales or sales experience in the real estate sector.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
