Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of properties and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and addressing their inquiries.
• Identify client needs and preferences to offer personalised solutions and recommend suitable properties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year proven experience as a tele caller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry, or experience with call centre can also be entertained.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, And Arabic is a plus
• Strong sales acumen with a persuasive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Own Visa is Preferable
