Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (any field)
• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome customer hesitations.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Positive attitude and resilience to handle challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote and explain DaToTech products and services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
• Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize new outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed on company products, services, and market trends to better assist customers.
