We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in generating revenue and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle customer objections and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM. Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies.

Requirements:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
