We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating sales leads and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
• Track and manage customer interactions using CRM.
• Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries.
• Handle objections and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Spouse visa / Dependent Visa candidates will be preferred.
• Previous experience in the Environmental Sector is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
• High level of professionalism, motivation, and drive.
• Must be a female candidate.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling outbound calls and cold calling.
• A strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree is a Must.

Language:

• English ( Advanced )
