We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Telesales Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound and inbound calls, and converting inquiries into potential sales opportunities. You will play a key role in driving the company's real estate sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our properties and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Cold Calling:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new leads and sales opportunities.

Outbound & Inbound Calls:

Handle both outbound calls to prospective clients and inbound calls from interested leads, providing them with accurate property information and services.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads, ensuring that all client information is accurately captured and followed up on.

Sales Conversion:

Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their requirements.

Market Research:

Stay updated with current real estate trends and competitor offerings to better position the company's properties to clients.

CRM Updates:

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications:



Experience:

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.

Problem-solving:

Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.

Team Player:

Ability to work well within a team, while also being proactive and self-motivated.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience in telesales within any industry. Knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends.
