We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling :
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Present and promote products or services to potential clients.
• Lead Generation :
• Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Gather customer information and document in the CRM system.
• Sales Conversion :
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
• Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
