We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai. :
The employee is required to achieve the daily sales targets for inbound and outbound calls.
Ensure to adhere to the level of productivity prescribed.
To answer all calls in a consistent and professional manner as per desired level of Customer Service. Feedback and improvement will be implemented where necessary.
To provide customers with accurate information as per the companys guidelines of all products and countries.
Follow up with all prospective customers old and new.
Employees should ensure that a high level of quality standards is applied to ensure correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of quotations, changes in policies and renewals.
Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
Promote the companys products at all times.
Ensure relationships are maintained and developed with key partners where necessary.
Ensure campaign results set out by manager is achieved.
Ensure Audit standards are met based on guidelines provided by management.
Employee should adhere to the shift patterns.
Provide support to colleagues within the call center as well as to the other areas of the personal lines department to alleviate short term resource issued and ensure smooth service to customer.
Perform any other related duties as required to support the operation
Skills
Minimum 1 Year of Telesales experience is a must.
Contact an average of 100 new prospect accounts per day.
Mostly Outbound calls, but not limited to the scope.
The role involves a 9-hour duty, comprising 8 hours of work and a 1-hour break. You are entitled to 2 days off per week, though they may not consistently align with the weekend.
