We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to interested leads, provide information about the real estate projects, and highlight the key features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects being developed by the company, including the location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and any other relevant details. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand the customer's requirements, provide suitable property options, address queries and concerns, and guide them towards making informed decisions.
• Follow-Up and Negotiation: Follow up with leads regularly, answer their queries, and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company. Continuously work towards meeting sales goals, revenue targets, and other performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing personnel, and project managers to ensure effective lead management, smooth handover of leads, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor activities. Identify new opportunities, market segments, and strategies to enhance sales and business growth.
• CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports on sales performance and progress.
• Continuous Learning: Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study to stay updated with the latest developments in the real estate industry and sales techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
