Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and timely customer data.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.

Requirements :

• Female candidates only, with a minimum of 2 years GCC experience in tele sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
