Client Onboarding: Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information about our University Programs.
Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients.
Process Explanation: Clearly elucidate the registration, payment, and usage process to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest features, offers, and changes in Higher Education to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and Admission teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and retention. Job Type: Part-time Experience:
