Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest features, offers, and changes in Higher Education to provide accurate information to clients.
