Experience & Skills Required

- ?Good Communication skills in English.

- Minimum 1 - 2 Years experience preferably in Fire protection Industry.



? Manage all outgoing, incoming calls and convert them to sales leads.

? Daily monitoring of the CRM activities in Odoo Software.

? Checking website reviews, social media comments and replying whenever required.

? Daily Monitoring of all important G - mails of the company. Reply and forward the E- mails to concerned persons if required.

? Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

? Daily monitoring of the Yellow Pages and collect necessary details that foster our Sales and Marketing activities.

? Rendering necessary support to Sales Team members in getting appointments, quotation follow up and payment follow up

? Communicate with respective salespersons and support them in lead generation activities.

? Prepare a call log Excel Sheet and update on daily basis. Report the same to CEO at the end of every working day.

? Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

? Coordinate with Digital Marketing Executive in formulating content and designs for the company's website and social media platforms.

? Obtain necessary knowledge on regular basis about Industry, Company, Products, Services.

? Prepare and Submit DDR (Daily Duty Report) at office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
