We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our ERP solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Techxcel Technologies\' ERP services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed conversations with prospects.
Develop a deep understanding of our ERP products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and track communication history.
Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments.
Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar role in the ERP or technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and present technical information.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
