About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and experienced callers proficient in regional languages to join our team for a prestigious client operating a betting and gaming website. The role involves connecting with customers, addressing their queries, and promoting the client's services in a professional and engaging manner.
Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage customers in your respective language.
• Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.
• Promotions: Educate customers about the platform's features, bonuses, and promotional offers.
• Retention & Feedback: Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback to enhance services.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed call records and update the CRM system regularly.
Requirements
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least one of the specified languages (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bihari, Bengali).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, telecalling, or a related role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in your chosen language and basic English.
• Technical Setup: A reliable computer/laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to understand and adhere to the compliance and operational guidelines of the betting gaming industry.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused approach to build rapport and trust.
