Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Provide product and service information to clients
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
