We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, promote our property listings, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Additionally, you will inquire with clients about any properties they may have for sale, helping to expand our inventory. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between prospective buyers, sellers, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database, promoting current and upcoming real estate projects.
• Property Inquiry: Actively inquire if clients have any property they wish to sell or list, contributing to growing the company's portfolio of available properties.
• Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their property needs, and offer relevant solutions or investment opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team with interested buyers and sellers.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
• Client Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and property inquiries in the CRM system.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through telemarketing, cold-calling, and property sourcing techniques.
• Client Support: Handle client queries, providing information on available projects, market trends, and property valuation.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for both lead generation and seller inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive approach to sourcing properties and interacting with clients.
• Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and property inquiries.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
