We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Caller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting real estate properties over the phone. The Tele Caller will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Initiate and handle outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate properties
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information about available properties.
• Database Management: Maintain and update client databases with accurate and current information.
• Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential clients to keep them engaged and informed about new property listings and offers.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings between potential clients and sales team members.
• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values to provide accurate information to clients
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities, lead status, and sales achievements.
