We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tekla Steel Modeler & Detailer to join our dynamic team at Al Bany Group. Position: Steel Modeler & Detailer Experience Level: Minimum 4 years in the same field Location: Dubai Responsibilities: - Generate accurate and detailed shop drawings for structural steel components based on architectural and engineering drawings. - Utilize industry-standard software ( Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD) to create 3D models and produce precise bills of materials. - Coordinate with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless execution of steel construction projects. - Review and interpret specifications, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the detailing process. - Collaborate with fabrication and erection teams to address design issues and provide solutions. - Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. - Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in steel detailing. Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Steel Detailer in the construction industry. - Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures. - Strong understanding of structural steel components, fabrication processes, and industry standards. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Problem-solving mindset and the ability to propose practical solutions. A diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
