K ey Responsibilities

Requirements:

The Teepack Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our tea packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with packaging equipment, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of Teepack tea packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Minimum experience 5 years Below is a list of the machines that he has experience with :-
• Constanta (sapling version), IMA (C27E/C28/EC15).
• Constanta 250, injection printer domino A200, ax320i, ribbon printer
• Marden Edward overwrap machine (operating), munky Vertical flow-wrap machine etc.
• Proven experience as a Teepack Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of tea packaging machinery such as Teepack machines within the Teepack Constanta or Perfecta machines.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.

•Preferred Qualifications: •

• Experience in the food or beverage industry.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Certifications in machinery maintenance or related fields.
