The Technology Specialist Engages with and guides customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverages sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understands customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic input to customers. Acts as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.

Start Date: September 2024 Location: Dubai, UAE Type of Employment: Full-Time Scale Customer Engagements • Anticipates customer needs and issues through data gathering.
• Uses knowledge of customer context and solution or portfolio expertise to build credibility with customers.
• Ensures technical wins for core technologies by independently driving technical discussions with customers. Improves customer interactions through feedback and observation.
Build Strategy • Reviews customer interactions and raises competitive information to account teams to contribute to development and landing of compete strategies.
• Contributes to product strategy by soliciting and communicating customer feedback.
Solution Design and Proof • Contributes to demonstrations (e.g., proof of concept [POC] sessions) of solutions based on specific Microsoft products through initial engagements and coaching from senior colleagues. Leverages partner/customer teams as needed to prove product capabilities and integration into customer environment.
• Presents reference architectures to partners or customers for key parts of their technology sets.
• Builds own awareness of digital transformation sales methodologies.
Education • Consumes and leverages readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and practices expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
• Fluency in English.
• Full Work-Authorization in UAE.
• To be eligible for this role you must complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field before the start date (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated).
• 1+ year(s) work or internship experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
• Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Technical Certification or studies in Cibersecurity are preferred.
