Job Description

. Review and advise solutions and projects on correct usage of applications, technologies, patterns and methodologies.

. Manage and maintain Daman's technology standards in close collaboration with IT Development and IT Operations teams.

. Identify opportunities to improve enterprise-wide solutions, tools, methodologies, processes and procedures

. Set standards, policies and processes for technology architecture and use of shared services and supporting technologies

. Oversee enterprise technology architecture for major initiatives/projects

. Collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to develop best practices

. Plan and undertake any action that proactively strengthens the relationship with the technical and non-technical organization (at all levels) and as such enhances the connection of Health Insurance Solution(HIS) with the business units

. Assist the Enterprise Architect in the implementation of the internal EA Deployment roadmap.

. Execute the stakeholders and communication management plan.

. Assess the need to create a Request for Architecture Work based on the given requirements.

. Define the Objectives and Business Benefits of the iteration along with the context of the envisioned solution.

. Select the required Technology Viewpoints from the Content Framework as per the segment chosen by the Chief Architect along with the needed EA Technology Principles.

. Document the high-level As-Is Technology architecture, To-Be Technology architecture, gap analysis and impact analysis as inputs to the enterprise architect's development of the Statement of Architecture Work.

. Document the detailed As-Is Technology architecture, To-Be Technology architecture, gap analysis and impact analysis as inputs to the EA Team's development of the Architecture Definition Document.

. Assist the Solution Architect in revisiting existing solution patterns and decide on whether to reuse or develop solutions to fulfil the requirements.

. Ensure compliance of the implementation of the solution architecture by referring to the Compliance Form's Technology compliance checklists.

. Assess Step-Out requests and prepare impact analysis reports to the Architecture Review Board's revision and decision to approve or reject.

Prepare the milestone compliance assessment report with the EA Team and send to the Chief Architect for his assessment and decision on way forward
