Job Role: EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Techno-Functional Analyst to play a crucial role in a significant transformation program within our organization. To bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. To collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the effective implementation of EPM solutions, supporting the organization\'s goals for improved performance management and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements related to performance management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze and document current EPM processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
2. Solution Design and Configuration:
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for EPM solutions, considering industry best practices and organizational goals.
Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize EPM applications (Hyperion/SAP Analytics Cloud) to meet business needs.
3. Data Integration and Modelling:
Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the EPM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain data models to support performance management processes.
4. System Implementation and Testing:
Play an active role in implementing EPM solutions, collaborating with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and functionality.
Lead testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, to validate that EPM systems meet business requirements.
5. Change Management and Training:
Assist in change management activities by communicating the benefits of EPM solutions and providing training to end-users on utilizing the new system effectively.
6. Performance Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the post-implementation performance of EPM processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancements.
Collaborate with relevant teams to drive improvements in EPM processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by working closely with business units, IT, project managers, and other relevant teams.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, PMP) are advantageous.
Experience: Proven track record (15+ years) as an EPM Techno-Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in EPM solution implementation.
EPM Expertise: In-depth understanding of EPM processes, methodologies, and tools such as Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms.
Technical Acumen: Proficiency in configuring and customizing EPM applications, data integration, and modelling.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams and convey information to diverse stakeholders.
Project Management: Effective project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work in a dynamic environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and keep abreast of emerging EPM technologies and industry trends
