We are seeking a dynamic and adaptive Functional Consultant with a solid technical foundation to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with multiple clients across various projects, ensuring that their business needs are met through effective application implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and coordinating efforts to understand and fulfill their business requirements.
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Effectively gather and document client requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their business processes and goals.
• Product Mastery: Gain a deep understanding of our core products.
• Application Implementation & Configuration: Leverage your technical and logical skills to customize and optimize solutions, ensuring that they align with client requirements while maximizing the product's capabilities. Accurately interpret client needs and tailor configurations to provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work. Adapt quickly to changing project scopes and client needs.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring seamless operation of implemented solutions.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation for all projects, including requirement specifications, configuration details, and support processes.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer (KT) activities to stay updated on product functionalities and best practices.
• Collaboration & Team Growth: Work closely with cross functional teams, contributing to a culture of shared growth and continuous learning. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA), or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
• 1-3 years of experience in a functional consulting role with a technical background.
• Proficient in learning and applying new technologies quickly.
• Research and self-learning ability
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
